Adobe aktualisierte außerdem die Profildaten für eine Reihe von Objektiven. Vornehmlich sind es Objektive von Nikon, Leica und Sigma, aber auch Mittelformatobjektive von Mamiya, Phase One und Schneider-Kreuznach sind dabei. Die Profildaten können in Adobe Photoshop und Lightroom eingesetzt werden, um unerwünschte Bildverzerrungen und chromatische Aberrationen automatisch zu korrigieren. Die Profile lassen sich in den aktuellen Versionen von Camera Raw, Photoshop und Lightroom einsetzen. Auch hier gilt, dass Anwender älterer Versionen der Adobe-Programme die Profile nicht verwenden können. Beim Versuch interveniert das Installationsprogramm und verweigert die Integration.
Adobe hat außerdem einige Fehler behoben, die zu fehlerhaften Bildern führten, die aus Rohdaten von Nikons DSLRs D3, D3000, D3000s, D700 und der Fuji S200 stammen.
Die Liste der behobenen Lightroom-Fehler ist deutlich länger und umfasst Probleme mit dem Speichern von Schlagwörtern, problembehafteten Einstellungen des Seitenverhältnisses beziehungsweise des Beschnitts sowie Tethering-Schwierigkeiten mit Nikons D3x .

Help!!! The battery is stuck in my PowerShot s200 camera. How do I get it out?
I have a Cannon Powershot S200 camera. I went to go try to take the battery out and it won't come out. What is something I can do to get it out?
I haven't used the camera in about a year so I took the battery out yesterday then put back in and now it won't come out.

If you get a card reader, no additional software is necessary. This is not only faster, but it saves your camera batteries. Your computer or printer may even have a card reader built into it. I have enough USB ports that I just leave it plugged in all the time.
Plug the card reader into an open USB port. Take the card out of your camera and plug the card into the appropriate slot on your card reader. I use Photoshop Elements and as soon as I plug my card into the reader, it starts its own card reader and displays a thumbnail of every picture on the card.
If this does not happen automatically, open your photo editing software. Do whatever you usually do to open a file, but click on the selector where you can change drives. Your card reader will be assigned a new drive name that will be one letter higher than you ever saw before, such as "Drive G:" or such. Then, just double click on the name of the file you want to open and it will appear in your photo editor.
If you want, you can create a new folder on your computer and them move all 200 image files over to the new folder at once, just the same way you'de move files from one folder to another anywhere else on the computer.

I am looking for a better battery for my canon powershot?
i have a great memory card for my canon powershot s200 (yes it's old but i like it and i can't afford a new one yet) but the battery runs out SO FAST. does anyone else find this happening to their canon? where can i get a new battery for cheap? does it take disposible batteries? thanks.
the current battery i use now is a Li-ion battery pack... 3.7v 840Ah made by canon.
depends what kind of battery your camera takes. If it is AA (or AAA) buy rechargeable ones. It is definitely worth it! You will have to spend a bit of money upfront. Less than $50 for a good, rapid charger (charges in 2 hrs) but your batteries will probably last 10 - 20x as long. If not, go for lithium. They last a long time also. If none of these fit your camera go for one that is specially formulated for digital equipment (it will say so on the packaging). Above all else, for something like this get brand name batteries. For a TV remote it may not matter, but for a camera it definitely does!! hope that helps:)

What is it from the software that you need?
If you need the software to transfer your picture to the PC, then I think it's available from Canon's website.
However I would recommend you to get a USB card reader instead ($10 a pop, and you can find it at any computer store) because with this reader you won't be needing any software and you won't drain the camera's battery when you copy the picture from the camera to your PC.
Canon Powershot S200 help???
OK, so I grab my camera to take a picture, but on the LCD screen, it Is all just pink and blue lines... so I use the eyehole thing to take the pic... I then go and view it and all I see is a pink and blue mess! but all my other pics look fine... WAH?

I don't really need the video feature, so I don't care if that sucks. I want a camera that will take clear and crisp pictures and has a good battery life. :)
