Handlebar mounted Canon Powershot S45

Testing my Canon Powershot S45 mounted on a homemade handlebar mount on my commute to work. The footage is a bit bouncy. I think a helmet mounted ...

how do i upload my photos from my canon powershot s45 camera?

the camera was given to me so i have no instructions. i do have a usb cable but no software and i am pretty useless at this sort of thing

If it doesn't automatically upload them when you connect it to the computer then open My Computer and you should see it there, click it and then click...erm "Get pictures"...or something of the sort...hope that helps

connect your usb cable to the port on your computer and your camera and upload them to your comp

do you have a memory card in it? if so, put that into a memory card adapter that can be attached to your computer or if you already have drives for your card on your computer, put it in there.

Plug the USB into PC, windows will reconise it as a drive. Select My computer and then drive, then click on it and sub menus untill you see a list of files, these are your pictures.
E mail me if you are still stuck.
regards

go to a camera shop, you need a usb cable to be able to put your photos on your cpomputer.
one the cable is plugged into the camera and the computer, the computer will basically just upload the pictures for you, its really simpe

plug the usb cable into the computer then the camera. once both are connected then turn on your camera. the software should be installed from your camera. if that doesn' t work you can go into start, my computer, and then click on the icon for the camera, it should ask you where you want your pictures saved.

If you have a lot of images to download you might consider Downloader Pro from Breeze Systems, I carry a camera all the time and then occasionally dump the gigabyte or so of images onto my PC. Downloader Pro drops them all into subdirectories by year and date which makes it much easier to find what I want at a later date.

Canon Powershot S45 camera numbering problem?

Something i dont understand with my Canon Powershot S45, when i plugged my camera into my computer and used Windows XP's Photo and Scanner wizard to get the photos...

The photos in my computer went like Picture 001, Picture 002,...Picture 086 and so on, but they were not in chronological order which the photos were taken. does anyone know why?

Check the configuration settings in the software that you're using on the PC for importing the photos, because it sounds like that's where the problem is located.

I have the Canon PowerShot A95 and I use Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 for importing my photos from my camera and it's got an option to create a folder by the creation date.

If you're having a problem with the picture numbers being out of sequence, then the problem might be that you aren't deleting all the pictures off your flash card and it's filling in the holes with the next available number. That is if you've deleted some and created some holes for it to fill.

Canon PowerShot S45?

I have a Windows Vista and the computer recognizes the camera but when I open my computer I can't open the camera. I tried installing the cd but nothing is working. What can I do?

Open your file manager and drag the image files from your camera to your computer. Or you can use a card reader (most of us use them and save the batteries in our cameras) found either on your computer or by purchasing one.

CANON POWERSHOT S45. LCD display blank except in stitch mode .?

Tried everthing but cannot get screen to function. camera still takes pictures. Can I fix it?

Ok. Never mind what I said before. This just happened to me today, too. Weird, huh?
What I did was push the "display" button once and it was back to normal.
Hope this helps!

if you have not had it that long it is probably still covered under warranty- if you have "tried everything" then I would guess it is defective or broken and it would probably cost less to just get a new camera- try the Canon SD550

my camera in pariculer has a enargy saver mode or screen options ! in the menu you choose these and one screen goes off and the other stays on ( eg in the viewing lens ) is this what you did ?

Mine did the same thing when I got it from my Grampsm although mine is a A75 you should be alble to push the DISP. button in the back to make it work, hope it does....

Canon S45 4.0 mps powershot-Camera won't turn on.?

I bought a used Canon S45 4.0 mps powershot digital camera and separately bought all the equipment to go with it. I made sure the battery was charged but the camera won't light up or turn on. what else do I need to do?

If the battery polarity is correct then you most likely bought a dead camera. Did you not test it before buying? Do you have a operating manual for it? If so look there for possible answers.

Camra help :[ [Canon PowerShot]?

Okay, I took some pictures of myself and I wanna put them on myspace,,, buuut when I pluged it in to my computer all it did was bring up 'Found new hardware Wizard' and it wouldnt let me download it so I went online to find out what was wrong but this camra site said my computer doesn't need to download anything to get my pictures but I cant find them anywhere D:
My camra is a "Canon PowerShot S45" :P
Plzzzz help :[
But nothing else pops up D:
If that did than I wouldnt be asking ;-;
Which one is the 2nd driver?........ x-x
All I see is codes, updaters, and guides....
Got it :] thanks Latin Fever<3

That camera shouldn't need additional drivers. Did the "found new hardware" wizard popup to say the hardware was successfully installed?

Also, with the Canon SD line you need to have the camera in playback mode when you connect it to the computer. Is it?

Also, when you do connect it to the computer, can you see the camera in "My Computer"?
