Yes you can have a resolution of 640x480. As far as the date stamp, nearly all digital cameras will store the date and time in the .jpg file, however it seems to be a software/printer setup requirement to get the actual date on the picture. I've not seen a digital camera (except maybe Kodak) actualy save the date on the picture (instead of in the file as extra data).

Where could I find this camera at a low price?
The best price I can find from places I'd trust with MY money is $350 (all over the place). Computers4sure and Tech Depot offer the camera for $329,- (I don't know them but they seem legit) and then there are some downright shady looking sites that offer the SD20 for $255.
