turn it on it says HIGH TEMPERATURE and powers off, and it wasn't exposed to high temperatures. Any suggestions?

Just take the batteries of your camera for a few minutes and insert it back in then turn it on. My camera turns crazy too sometimes. It wont take pictures and when I turn it off it just wont. I turn the dial to off then open the battery door and slide the battery off. Insert the battery again then turn the camera power to on. The camera works fine again.

If it is under warranty i advice you give it for service as this is a pretty complicated procedure to get it fixed.
This error is caused due to the failure of lens alignment system.Try following the procedure below..
it may be the lens contacts or grit in the gears
open it up on the side of the lens you will see a row of thin gold coloured contacts that report the lens position back to the cpu sometimes these get dirty or bent.on the side of the lens is a motor, look where the gear meets the lens and use a pin to flip out any grit that is stuck in the teeth.
Its very unlikely the lens is "out of alignment" this just cant happen unless its been dropped or bashed, in which case it may be broken.
Also i have heard some people bashing the camera a couple of times to get it working..
hold the camera and bash the edge next to the lens against the palm of you hand as hard as you can, one I did have to get a little more medieval on and bashed aginst a bit of carpet on the bench.. but it worked... might be worth a go if the next step is the bin...

We own a Kodak EasyShare CX7530 and whenever you turn it on the light (next to the on/off buttons) flashes green while the light next to the lense flashes red. Shortly afterwards the camera turns off. Sometimes when you turn it on both lights flash green and continues as it should, but, after a few seconds the camera indicates a low battery and shuts off. We have tried changing the batteries several times and the results remain the same. Please help!!
Actually it's an older camera. Not very new. We've had these problems for...a long while and the warenty has most probably expired.

If its fairly new take it back to the shop with your receipt and tell them to fix it.

Are there any waterproof cases available for the Kodak EasyShare CX7530 or Canon Powershot A460?

my screen broke on my camera and when i take a video it always goes on my internal memory, NOT my memory card and i know i can go to the image storage on the menu to change that but i cant see a damn thing on my screen, does anyone out there have the same camera and could GUIDE me thru the on screen menu and tell me how to change it.
