Its brand new i was figuring out the video ability and now its say internal memory is full when ive just recorded a short video to see how it worked?
If you have this camera or think you can help i would love to know what you think.

Internal memory is always VERY small. Video takes up a lot of memory FAST.

If you want to keep the video, copy it from the internal memory to your card.

As a general rule, you should go ahead and record everything to the card anyhow. IM is a pain in the butt.

Read the manual to learn how to do these things.

Uploading pictures to the computer from my Kodak Easyshare C713 camera?

Alright. So. I've tried everything.
I had to delete the software it came with, because it was just a huge mess.
So, I uninstalled that. but my computer does not reconize it when i plug it in, so it does not pop up on my computer.
I tried downloading picasa, the program from google, it did not work either
Everything is connected proprly to.
Is there any other program I can try? anything i can do? without having to buy a card reader?
any help is appreciated!

try unplugging ant pluging it back in and a scanning and summin else wizzard should come up sorry if that doesent work i cannot help i will try and find something for you but that is how i put my pics on...

I got a Kodak Easyshare C713 from my nana today for Christmas. I tried uploading the software it came with but it crashed my computer because its so old so I deleted it. It wont even reconize the camera or show it is plugged in.

Whenever I turn it to video it says that I can capture picture and sound but when I play the video back, there is no sound.

The memory card was removed from the camera by accident without turning the camera off, now the camera says there are no pictures on the card. Can these be retreived some how?
Yeah I pulled out the card and stuck it into my card reader and it is empty and when in the camera it says there are no pictures. I checked the internal memory and there was nothing there. Any ideas?

in walmart the kodak easyshare c713 7mp is on sale for only 90 dollars.
also in walmart the kodak easyshare m753 7mp is on sale for 125 dollars.
the more expensive one comes in better colors, and the cheap one comes in white.
does anybody know, other than the color issue, if the more expensive one is better than the cheap one?
is there a difference?

the color of the camera does not influence the quality of picture. if you're really worried about the color, break out some paints and give the c713 the most custom paint job ever.
where $35 are concerned, opt for the cheaper side.

I've tried a bunch of different combinations: with/without dock, turn camera on first/last. Nothing works, and when I don't have it on my dock when it's plugged into the computer it doesn't even turn on. I've had this problem before and I forgot how to fix it. The EasyShare software is installed on my computer, but I don't even think I need that anyways. ANYONE know how to fix this/why it's happening?
My computer is only about a year old.

call up the company...trouble shoot. Or just call your computer for technical information. If your computer is old it'll be a problem since it wont be able to read hardware with technology that surpasses

I'm planning on buying my first digital camera, but I don't know which kind I should buy. Kodak EasyShare C713 looks like it would be simple and easy to use, but is it?
What kind would you recommend? Something that isn't too expensive.
And how long does a digital camera usually last?

i have a c813, which isnt much different.
uhm its really easy to use but i dont like it.
the photo quality sucks.
i think im going to send it in and get cash back, you can do that on the kodak website.
im either going to buy a fujifilm a805, olympus FE220 or olympus 210. or maybe the nikonl10.

i recomand anything other than kodak and poloriod, they are well known names, and they're cheap. but they arent good quality
