How do I upload videos from my Nikon Coolpix S50c to Youtube?

I uploaded my videos from my camera onto my PC, but these videos were saved in a file format not supported by Windows Movie Maker, DivX Converter etc. I successfully edited my video on Ulead Video Studio 9, although this has saved my edited video as a .VSP file. This is also not supported by Youtube. How can I sort this problem?

Thanks

can memory stick save videos for nikon coolpix s50c camera?

The Nikon, like most compact digital cameras use the SD memory card. And yes it saves all your videos taken with that camera to the card.

Memory Sticks only work with Sony digital cameras and other Sony products.

i don think nikon coolpix s50c could use a memory stick..but if u wanna save videos in the memory stick through ur computer than the answer is yes

nikon doesn't use a memory stick

which is better; nikon coolpix s50c or the sony dsc-t100?

or, which would you buy?

the NIKON because that brand is used by most pro photographers too =) that is convinging enough for me

sony is better

my suggestion
go to yahoo shopping
digital cameras
digital camera GUIDE
be sure to check titles on the left side
the guide should answer your questions

Looking at the two side by side, the Sony has a slight edge ... except for one problem. It uses a proprietary memory card which can be used only on Sony products. The Nikon uses the most commonly used memory card, the SD. if you ever want to move to a different brand digital camera, you will want to have SD memory cards in your camera bag.

Which Nikon Coolpix camera should I buy, the s7c or the s50c?

They both seem very similar and I don't know which one is better for me. They are also around the same price.
Here are some links:

Even though I personally own this ultra compact camera, I would still like to highly recommend the purchase of a Nikon Coolpix L10 for the following reasons:

1. Besides taking well-exposed hi-quality 5 megapixel pictures, it uses a standard set of rechargeable double AA batteries which last a very long time;
2. Has a 3x optical zoom;
3. The flash setting for "red-eye" correction is on the navigator wheel and not within a submenu;
4. It's very small and light;
5. Uses inexpensive SD memory cards;
6. The digital video feature takes wonderful "sound" videos which are noise free. It records the piano very well with it's built-in microphone;
7. It comes with a USB 2.0 transfer cable which you connect to your USB computer port;
8. Has tripod mount on bottom of camera;
9. And the price is a mere $120 [sold at Samy's Camera - www.samys.com, and Staples.com.]

Review(s) can be found at www.amazon.com [Query: "Nikon Coolpix L10" along with pictures provided by satisfied purchasers.]

Good luck!

They are much alike, but the S50c has Image Stabilization which will aid you when shooting in low light without a flash (ambient lighting).

I have added one more link for you...

Why do I keep getting an error when I try to transfer pictures from my camera to my computer?

When I try to upload pictures onto my camera from my nikon coolpix s50c, I get message that says I'm missing files. Here is the message: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v189/uzuzuchan/fgjghjghj.png

The camera doesn't show up in the removable storage section in My Computer, and when I try to use the PictureProject software that came with the camera, it says the camera is 'not connected'. What should I do?

Okay ... uninstall the programs that came from Nikon. Then when you reinstall the programs, be sure your camera is not connected to your computer. The follow the instructions to the letter as you are walked through the installation.

Then after you reboot the computer and it is up and running, plug in the camera using the USB cord and then turn on the camera.

But why not avoid all this and do what the photographers do.

Buy a nice little card reader for under $10 and just use your basic computer skills to copy all your files to your computer
