I'd prefer using this DVD Ripper, my friends recommend it to me, it's not free, but it can help you rip protected DVD movie. Free DVD ripper can only help you copy DVD to computer in multiple files, but this DVD ripper can help you rip DVD into one AVI or MP4 video or copy DVD to computer in one VOB file. I think it deserves the money. If you are interested in it, here is a guide about how to download and use it

Sony DCR-DVD910 DVD Handycam Internal Space Problem?
Well I just got this Sony Handycam for my birthday that is a hybrid recording camera. I don't have any DVD discs or a Pro Duo Memory Stick, and I keep consulting the operating manual but it won't help me find how to record video footage using the internal memory of the camera. I am doing lots of music videos with my friends this Friday and I must know how to record using my internal memory by then. Plus I charged the camera and I have about 60 minutes of free internal space if you were wondering.
Also, in the manual there is a screenshot with the "Manage Media" page on the camcorder and it says Internal Memory, Memory Stick, and Disc. But it is not showing up on my screen.
OK, the brand of the camera is 610, not 910, sorry. And I know how to record on the pro duo memory stick now, but I have trouble with importing the footage into Windows Movie Maker. Please make suggestions on file converters that can be downloaded for free and I already installed the codec for my camera files but it doesn't work.
Are you sure the camcorder has internal memory? According to the manual you can record to either a DVD or a memory stick - there's no mention of internal memory.
